TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We only supply UK addresses. Please note we are an online business only and don't have a shop.
ALBUMS, GUEST BOOKS AND KEEPSAKE BOXES
You are responsible for checking all emailed proofs thoroughly and emailing us back with any amendments marked clearly for each item. From this we will make final proofs containing the amendments and email you photographs for you to check as correct before work commences. Amendments cannot be accepted verbally.
Errors or omissions on your
part can only be rectified (once final proof as been accepted by email as
correct) for additional costs
involved.
You
are required to send full payment of order value once final proofs are complete
and at this stage you will be sent an invoice for payment.
Please note that we
will not start to complete your order until the payment is received.
The order will be
dispatched within two weeks of receipt of payment of final invoice unless
required at a later date. If we anticipate dispatch to be longer than two
weeks, we will notify you. If we agree an earlier fast track deadline, which
must be requested in writing by you, an additional charge may be payable and
will be on your final invoice.
The order will be dispatched
to the address entered on the original order (unless otherwise stated by you in
writing) by special delivery.
If, at any point, there is an anticipated problem
with the completion of an order (e.g. discontinued materials, postal strike,
illness etc.) you will be notified immediately and will be kept informed
of progress as appropriate. We accept no liability for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the unfortunate event of you cancelling or postponing your event and you have to cancel your order, you shall pay a cancellation fee as follows:
· if cancelled at initial proof stage we shall charge you for any items that have been bought in especially for you order unless we feel we can reuse them again.
· if cancelled during the make up of approved items we shall invoice you for any items we can not reuse.
· if cancelled after completion of/on delivery of the order we shall retain the full amount paid by you.
· no refund or exchange can be given after delivery of the order unless the items are found to be faulty or the specifications of the order have not been met. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If in the unlikely event we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and you will be refunded all money paid in full.
GREETING CARDS AND GIFTS
Orders are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of full payment and are sent by first class post unless otherwise requested by you. Please allow 28 days for delivery. Orders are only accepted for postage in the UK
Under the United Kingdom's
Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order for the
purchase of any item which has not been modified at your request. If you wish
to do so, please contact us by email or telephone within seven working days of
placing the order.
Marking Occasions cannot
accept return of any item that has been modified at your request, unless the
item is found to be faulty or which does not meet the specifications of your
original order.
Please note the
cost of returning the goods to us are paid by you unless the item was delivered
to you in error or the item is faulty.
Upon receipt of any returns
of faulty goods, you will be refunded the full cost of each item returned.
